FAQs
What is the InvestorFlow implementation process like?
InvestorFlow follows a step-by-step implementation process based on each firm’s needs and workflows. The goal is to get the platform set up properly while making the transition easier for the teams using it.
Can InvestorFlow work with an integrator we already use?
Yes. InvestorFlow can work alongside an integrator that a firm already has in place.
What are the main steps in the implementation process?
There are six main stages: Align, Define, Application Enablement, Data Migration & Testing, Deploy & Training, and Ongoing Support & Optimization. Together, these stages cover planning, configuration, testing, launch, and ongoing support.
What happens during the Align and Define stages?
The Align stage focuses on understanding the firm’s goals and getting key stakeholders on the same page. During Define, the team gathers requirements and looks at existing business processes to determine how the platform should be set up.
How does InvestorFlow handle data migration and testing?
InvestorFlow works through data migration and validation before launch. The team also uses User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to make sure the platform works properly for the firm’s day-to-day needs.
What happens after the platform goes live?
After launch, InvestorFlow provides user training and post-launch hypercare support. This gives teams help as they get familiar with the platform and begin using it in their daily work.
Who is involved in an InvestorFlow implementation?
Depending on the project, the implementation team can include a Project Manager, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Marketing Automation Consultant, Configuration Specialist, Data Analyst, and IT Analyst/Architect. An Application System Administrator may also become involved as deployment approaches.
Does InvestorFlow provide support after implementation?
