Industry Veteran Theresa Jennings Joins InvestorFlow as Chief Financial Officer to Scale Company Growth and Accelerate AI-Powered Innovation in the Private Markets
San Francisco, CA – July 30, 2025
InvestorFlow, the leading AI-powered front-office platform for capital formation, deployment, and investor services in the private markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Theresa Jennings as Chief Financial Officer to support continued growth, international expansion, and innovation initiatives across the platform.
Jennings brings more than a decade of financial leadership across fintech and high-growth technology firms, with deep expertise in financial strategy, operations, and scaling platforms at the intersection of software and capital markets. Her background includes leadership roles at Calypso Technology (now Adenza, a Nasdaq company), a global provider of cross-asset front-to-back-office solutions for financial markets, and Eileses Capital, a venture capital firm focused on information technology companies, where she led through periods of global expansion.
Jennings is known for her ability to scale firm operations and deliver long-term value. “We’re at a pivotal moment in the private markets, where firms are realizing the power of AI to do more with the data they already have — from accelerating fundraising to deal sourcing to improving investor engagement,” said Todd Glasson, CEO of InvestorFlow. “Theresa brings the right combination of fintech experience, operational rigor, and strategic thinking to help InvestorFlow scale to meet the moment. We’re thrilled to have her on board.”
“Having worked across both private market institutions and fast-moving tech firms, I’ve seen firsthand how data and workflow can either slow teams down or unlock powerful insights,” said Theresa Jennings, InvestorFlow CFO. “InvestorFlow helps firms move from data overload to actionable intelligence, and I’m thrilled to help support our next stage of company growth and market penetration.”
As CFO, Jennings now leads all aspects of InvestorFlow’s financial strategy, including forecasting, capital allocation, operational planning, and strategic M&A. Her role is pivotal as InvestorFlow continues to invest in AI-driven solutions that modernize the private market front office and power its next stage of growth.
“Private capital is embracing the same digital transformation we’ve seen in fintech — demanding smarter, faster, more connected systems,” continued Jennings. “I’m excited to help InvestorFlow scale a platform that meets this shift head-on to generate competitive advantage for our clients.”
