InvestorFlow™ Recruiting allows investment management companies to manage the hiring process by maintaining a database of applicant and job information. This software-as-a-service (SaaS) private extranet web application collects applicant information and then filters, grades, and matches candidates' skills against job requirements.

Encompassing email, calendaring, sourcing, applicant tracking, and job management, InvestorFlow™ Recruiting enables users to communicate and collaborate with contacts, candidates, colleagues, and clients in real-time to generate, source, and fill job orders, or make placements, at anytime and from anyplace.

InvestorFlow™ Recruiting is designed to be user, disability, and search-engine friendly. Critical keywords are embedded and linked throughout the site, and URLs and pages are formatted to maximize search engine visibility. Potential candidates can apply for posted jobs at any time by adding them to a shopping cart.

The administration section of InvestorFlow™ Recruiting is accessible via a simple log-in form where administrators have rights at the corporate or individual company level. Administrative interfaces include functions for users, companies, positions, applicants, and categories.
